How does it work? As simply as possible, of course!    

Basically, your need will enter in one of the two following categories:

Long term assistance:

• Contact me using the method of your choice (contact page) to explain your problem to me.
• We'll decide together of the duration of the work, and either it can be done remotely or need me to travel
• Prices:
  • Remote work (either SCM, independant work or remote control): 100 US$/hour or 800 US$/day
  • On site work: 1000 US$/day including week ends & travel, plus all expenses (travel, hotel, car rental, restaurants...)
• I'll submit to you an estimate if you want a global price for a project or we'll agree on a "price per duration" (day/week/month).
• Payment are done by paypal (accepts all major credit cards).
• Billing is done each week (invoice sent via email as pdf file, with apypal payment link)
• Others arrangements can be done depending of the project.

Short term work:

• This kind of work can cover (by example):
  • Debug of your code,
  • Help in the analysis phase,
  • Training on a particular point,
  • Optimization,
  • Testing/Defect analysis...
• Once again, contact me using the method of your choice (contact page) to explain your problem to me and to tell me how many hours of work you need. My per hour fee is 100 US$, minimum billing increment is 1/4 hour.
• I'll send you an email with a link allowing you to pay me via Paypal (accepts all major credit cards)
• We'll decide of an appointment (can be immediately if I'm online)
• I'll work with you for the accepted duration on the subject of your choice, either by phone, remote administration of your computer, or on a WinDev project you previously sent me, depending of the problem.
• Setting up the remote administration to access your computer is complimentary. I can use whatever software you prefer to do so, as long as you are providing the necessary license.
• For ultra short questions, you can use the bitwine system billed 2.5 US$/minute
